New Trojan F-30 owners / need info on propane removal

We just purchased a 1980 F-30 out of Gig Harbor, Washington and we will be bringing it home to Alaska in about two weeks! We are very excited!
The one issue we are dealing with is that everything is propane - the oven, the refer, the heat - hot water.
Its ALL coming out & being replaced with something/ anything else. Does anyone have any tips/ tricks/ tales to tell of tackling a similar issue with your boat? I know we are in for quite a project here

Propane shouldn't be on a boat. Go with electric. Seaward Products (Princess) for the stove. Norcold for the fridge. Raritan for the water heater. Not gonna be cheap though.

I agree - no propane on boats! I know this isn't going to be cheap.... thats what boats are all about, right?!
Thanks for the suggestions - Ive already priced out the Norcold fridge, so now on to the water heater and the stove.
Anybody have experience with Wallas stoves?

they are great products to be sure, but wow are they expensive. are you converting your boat to use diesel or kerosene to power the wallas stove?

I'd actually recommend Nova Kool for the fridge... they're making them 12-volt only these days, which means there's no transformer from 110 and they use much less power.

Im not sure yet. We wont have the boat up here for a few more weeks so I am trying to check out all my options. It has gas engines, but I want to get rid of all the propane appliances, so either diesel or kerosene for the heat/ stove.
