how to remove centre glass for replacement 32 with fly bridge removed inside screws but could not get outside trim off any ideas

The screws go into the trim strips on the outside of the window. You have to very carefull and the hardest part is getting them started. The best way I have found is to take all the screws out, match the screw with a longer one and screw the longer ones back in leaving them stick out a little then lightly tap them, they will push the trim strip out where you can pull them off.
