tiller ball joint teleflex

I have a 1976 F26. It has a teleflex steering system. The ball joint on the tiller has gone bad and the steering cable clamp block needs to be replaced as well. I can find the steering cable clamp block but am not finding the ball joint replacement, only a clevis attachement. Any suggestions
