I am up in the North Texas area. I live in Trophy Club(between Dallas and Ft. Worth) I keep my boat out at Lake Country Marina on Eagle Mountain Lake.

What area are you at?

I just got my boat as well. A 72 Sea Raider that we are in the process of updating.

We bought our boat from Marinequest and were going to move it over to Eagle Mountain Marina. We ended up staying at Lake Country after we found out our boat had been there fro 30+ years and had a big following with the other people at the marina.

We just moved to the area from Houston. Do you know the lake well? We are looking for decent spots for overnight trips and I definiely hope to find some hotspots for fishing.

I have been on Eagle Mountain lake all my life its i nice like its just a little on the small side u can realy see everthing there is to see in a weekend if u take you time lol. As far as place to overnight on the lake it depends on what you are looking for Carter Slough is close to you and more of an family freddly enviroment if you feel like being a little wilder then Old Ranch slough is fun but can get a little wild at times.

Howdy,

Yes I am in the North Texas area (Canton, TX) am in the process of rehabing a 77 F28, twin 318s and flybridge. Once completed will put her on Texoma at Highport, closest thing to a great lake around here. If you want to get in touch give me a shout.
