Any ideas for 10.8 meter Helm plexiglass??

Below is a pic of the faded plexiglass on the helm, Im mainly concerned with the pic of the boat and alarms etc. I took it off to try and polish it up and get rid of the "yellow" but alot of grey paint like stuff chipped and fell right off the back side now you can see straight through it in many spots. Not sure how to redo it or If I can get a custom made replacement or what any options i may have if any. Does anyone know of any ideas?

Acrylic can be laser etched. If you take it to an engraver (trophy shop) they can do it for you. You might have to give them the image as a computer file. If you have trouble I can suggest a place here near Chicago.
