Trojan Gray Marine Model 70

I have an early 4 cylinder gray marine engine that I'm trying to date and get some get some specifications on. The plate on top of the engine read Trojan Gray Marine Engine With Individual Porting. The engine number is H4067. There is a casting number on the head that reads N F400A.
