Replacing top rudder board.
Hey guys, I am looking to replace the boards that my rudder shafts go through below deck. If my shafts are 1 inch, what size would I drill the hole for them to go through? I assume slightly bigger so the bearing/busching mount to keep the shaft straight and not have the shaft fit tight into the hole...

Would it be a 2 line pressurized system?(Taken from Ray marine manual) Back near the Rudders, I have 3 hydraulic ...

Re: Auto pilot - which one?

I have looked a lt a few different setups, I also have considered going with a 15hp kicker with an auto pilot for the kicker as well since I am mainly using the auto pilot for trolling. Anyone have a kicker(small outboard) mounted on the transom with an auto pilot? **I am inte...

Re: NoLand Engineering RS11
I have the same setup as P-Dogg. Works well, however it does take some calibration. I find my self struggling to trust it at times. We never did get the Rpms dialed in quite right, however we did just put in electric ignigtion on moth engines, not sure it that will read more accurate than the mechan...

Re: The 1200 mile Trip in the Trojan!
Thanks guys for all of the compliments. I am a photographer by trade. The miles per day varied based on the wait for the 29+ locks and dams along the way. Some days we would hit them all and make it 200+ mile and another day we got stuck waiting 2 hours at 3 locks in a row! Our cruising speed was 20...

Hey Guys If you have been reading the forum lately, you know i have had some RPMS Jumping around. It seemed that I was able to fix it by turning on the crossover. That worked for about 200 miles! But then it came back. Until I shut off the 12volt fridge and the blower. As soon as I shut off the blow...
