How did you attach your fabrication?

I looked back at my survey and it says that they are 24x28. I looked thru the pictures to see if he had a picture with the tape measure on it and the picture is very blurry but it looks to be be close to that best as I can see.

I am getting perfect top speed at WOT 2500 rpm it is at 30.1 MPH. It isn't that I am not getting the numbers it that I have to run full tab to get that done.
