Well for now I am holding off on the rebuild, I have definite distributor issues, manifolds are in pretty rough shape and should be replaced, and found the carb has gotten brittle and is crumbly in places :(. That said I am looking at dumping a lot of money into this engine. I am looking into findin...

Wiring Help 73 F25
Working on getting my 73 Trojan F25 back in the water and could really use some wiring diagrams. What I am mainly after is a diagram of the engine harness. The prev owner has stuff spliced and cross spliced and unhooked etc and I would really like to get it cleaned out while I have it out of the wat...

Vibrations and power issues.
Looking for a little help. First a little background. This is my first summer running my 1978 Trojan F25. I am a marine mechanic and have worked on boats since I was a kid, that said I have 0 experience with Inboards, everything I have ever worked on has been I/O or outboard. I have only managed to ...

Thanks for the tips! I just want to smooth out the drivetrain. My last two boats I had OMC drivetrains in and had them dialed in great and they literally purred like kittens. This one sounds more like a drunken oaf stumbling home and I doubt that is the way it should be lol. Its just rough and needs...

Sounds like sound advice! Ialready have plans to rewire the boat. I hate electrical problems and boats are plagued with em. I always rewire as one of my first projects. My reason for doing the mechanical work in advance is that I am marine mechanic who works on outboards and I/O's. I have no experie...

That would be awesome!
Pics giving good coverage of the cabin, the bathroom and the cockpit area would be best. I really appreciate the help, just send it to sportfishermanssvc@comcast.netnospam and remove the nospam from it.
I really appreciate this! I am dying to get started

Need Some Help with my new Trojan
Just picked up what I am told is a 1973 25' Trojan. I did some research and believe I am correct in stating that it is a 1973 F-25 Express. The problem I have is that the previous owner thought it would be a great idea to remove pretty much all of the teak wood from the boat, along with the seating ...
