1985 10 meter 341 windshield ground location

Post by dodger624 »

Hello to fellow Trojan owners.
I'm having issues with the wipers on my 341 sedan. After testing, all of the wipers work but the windshield is not grounded. Does anyone know the location where the ground wire is attached to the windshield on this 85 10 meter model 341?
Thanks much!

I simply added my own 10 gauge wire and ran it down to the grounding buss bar by the battery box.

Besides the wipers, My thought was,,,, what the hell,,, a stray lightning ground :)

Same here, I was not a fan of the windshield grounding setup. When I need the wiper to work, that means I really need it.

I found mine In a 4x5 inch hatch in the ceiling at the bottom of the stairs in the cabin. It also grounded the running light.
