Oil Types for 280 gas engines

Thanks for all the advice guys.

I will go with Rotella T for the engines and straight W30 for the V-Drives. As far as the Tranny fluid is concerned, What type of ATF oil are you guys using? Type 3, Type 4, Type 5...?

Dexron III would be my first choice . but higher numbers are ok. Dexron specs for the newer fluids are backwards compatible . and there are many other fluids that meets specs for BW / Velvet drive. But the reason I like dexron spec fluids is you can find them anywhere even 7-11 .
