love your boat ready123 by the way. The lines on it are great. Love that swoop upward between the windows and the deck.

My bad....I was responding to head bolts and concluded cylinder head. If it is the exhaust manifold then 30 ft-lbs is the torque.

oh i see why now i put head bolts not manifold bolts... thats my fault. thanks again

Thanks... yeah that is what makes the F32/36's look so nice.

There are six studs in each head, two for each exaust port. Bolts should not be used to replace the studs. The threads in the head have course threads and won't tighten up like the nuts on the studs. They have a fine thread. The fine thread will exert more force when torqed. As stated, some of the studs go through the water jacket, so use sealant on the threads.
