'off today'. up since 0330 east coast time.... pot of black english tea, oatmeal, rye toast, walk the dog, check the emails. grocery shopping around 0730, hit the gym around 10. might head to the boat around 1400 to check on her, grab a nap then wait for the crew desk to call for tomorrows assignment. on call/duty for the next 6 days. will probably power down around 2000. lather, rinse, repeat.
