IMO The age works for them as they have bottomed out in price a 1971 vs 1979 may bring close to the same price in like cond and assume no major chances in the model .

Just My opinion in this crazy market ,

here is the layout for the 44. If you look close you can see the crew quarters at the bow. they are accessed by a hatch and the bunk folds up to use the toilet.
