I have a 1979 F-32 with 6.5 onan gen-set that will run but it acts like it is running out of gas we have already installed a new pick-up tube in the tank and also cleaned the filters both inline and the fuel pump. Could the carb be out of adjustment, it was replaced a couple of years back. A friend told me last night that the air fuel mix was not right. Any suggestions !!! Thanks for any help Butch

Mine is a 1980 F-36 with the same generator. It could be gummed up with dried gas if it's not run frequently (like mine). Both the high and low speed jets on this gen are adjustable. Turn them CCW a half turn and see if there is any change. If not, the cause may be gummed up passages inside your carb.
