Its better than the ad I used to sell my old Chris Craft 291, although it did sell in 2 days with the ad.

Great ad, Lookout! I think there's a future for you on Madison Ave....or maybe Mad Magazine!

I just check Yacht World on line and came up with about 15 36' Trojans in the 1970 - 1974 era. Low of $15k to high of $64k. You're on a fresh water lake so no issues with sw corrosion, etc. I paid $12k for my F26 in 1999 and would probably let it go for $10K (BUT I'M NOT GONNA). Your ads are accurate and list all the pluses and minuses. I think your price is more that reasonable - maybe a tad too low. I would stick to it if you're not in a hurry to sell it.

Jeff, a dock neighbor has his Carver for sale too. Not sure about the differences between the two. Good luck.
