Has anyone ever replaced the cartridge in one of these? Mine is leaking when the cold water is on. A little less with the hot water on.

I can't figure out if I need a special tool to get this out.
Is it worth fixing? If I want to replace the whole unit it looks like I'd have to remove the sink to get access.

Fixed.
New cartridge 07 000 was $45 on Amazon.
Apparently you just need a lot of leverage to slide the old one out and a 7/8" socket.
The trick to reinstalling the new valve is to slide it in 90 degrees from its final position and then when it's all the way in rotate it back the 90 degrees. The o-rings on the side of the cartridge will come out otherwise. Use a lot of soap too helps.
