The entire shed at J dock at Georgetown Marina came down. And yes, we were under it. Boats are all still floating but how low in the water remains to be seen. Recovery operations are in action right now. I'm sick...

Holy smokes, how do you even start to clear that up? You'd have to have survival gear on just to work around it. Have they brought in a crane?

A similar thing happened to my dad's buddies boat during hurricane Eloise in 1975. The roof half collapsed grazing his boat but pinning others. I was given the fun job of swimming all the lumber away from the boat so we could pull her out.
