Black Airpax toggle switches ???

Post by Sea Play'n »

I am looking for a few black Airpax toggle switches as used in the DC electrical panels on the 11 Meter International series. They are unque in as much as they provide CB protection as well as switching capability. They were made and color coded in ratings from 5 to 20 or 25 amp.
Thanks, Hugh

Be careful with these.

In my 10 Meter, these switches ase actually the CIRCUIT BREAKERS. many of which had been replaced with plain toggle switches by the previous owner rendering NO PROTECTION to the circuit, appliance or the wiring, which could result in damaged wiring and possibly a fire.

I replaced all the missing or aging, cracked breakers with new and am very pleased with the results.

Try John Leed at Marine Tech for replacement breakers.

I had no luck with getting these switches anywhere but on ebay. I got 3 double pole, 5 amp for under $5 and 3 single pole 11 amp for $40. I needed them even at the higher price.
