Well I pulled the trigger. 24 hours ago they unloaded a "new to me" 1989 11 Meter Trojan International Express at my marina in Erie Pa. :D It dosen't have the diesels I would like to have ,but it's been a fresh water boat since new and seems to be well maintained.

Now we get to start the remodeling, updating, ect. ect. The things that make a boat "yours".

Best part is I think the admiral is more excited about it than I am.

When I learn how to post pictures I'll start some before and after pics as we go. Untill then the easiest way for me to show what I bought is to post the link.

Looks GREAT!

My introduction to Trojans was a weekend on Aeneas, an 11 meter in Boca Raton, FL.

Roger Devore really got me on the hook !

The 11 meter is a TREMENDOUS OVERALL BOAT !

You'll love it !

Thanks guys, Yes she has 454's but I'll just have to live with that. We have discussed that to great lenth in other threads.

RWS, I'm glad I didn't win the bid on "Black Jack". The 11 meter is huge 14ft beam. I think the 13 meter with her 16'4" beam would be out of my confort zone.

It was a tough deal to hammer out but I'm happy kept at it.

Happy Thanksgiving, Randy

You are into her at the right price.

Do your due dilligence on the repairs.

Keep up her maintenance.

Keep the wife interested, I know how important that is.

When and IF engines die, then it's time to review the economics of replacing with gas or upgrading to diesel.

For now, enjoy that great layout !

Beautiful boat. Cograts. Remodel? No way! New couch and bunk color? Absolutely.
