When I go to the site I can see where the video should be viewed but there is no video there. Do you have to register to be able to view the information?

It takes a minute to down load.
In VA everyone will need a boat lic, in the next few years , under 30 I believe needs it now.

VA requires a Boat License for everyone? How about transients? I assume my Captains License more than covers this?

Here are the VA Requirements.

Looks like you don't need it Rossjo if you have a Captains License or are a transit for less than 90 days and meet the requirement of your States boating laws.

Actually it was the browser I use - Google Chrome. Had to open it in IE before it would work correctly. Great stuff.
I am in favor of licensing every boat operator.

You said a mouth full there. We have a ragbagger in the marina that has a 50 ton msc ticket and knows chapmans front and back and has NEVER been on anything bigger than his 34' boat and I wouldn't go across a creek with him. But he wears that uniform every Sunday.

Mishaps happen I have had my share.
This is the result of letting my 14 year old dock my current Jetski click on the picture for the video of me crushing my finger.
This is my last Jetski after I tap the starter and it Blow up and sent my to the Hospital.
It hurts just thinking about it. The whole thing split at the rub rail the damage is far worse then the picture shows.
BTW this is the reason I bought a diesel boat this time, better safe then sorry.

And most people think jet skis are dangerous because the fast , ouch !!
I keep saying there is more to a diesel boat the Just the fuel savings , Safty is a big one and I guess thats part of the great feeling of being on a diesel boat .
