Hi All, Just recieved my device to plug into the diagnostic port on my car from Progressive. It is supposed to lower my auto insurance by as much as 50% according to the way I drive. With a new teenage daughter driver, I need all the help I can get. I'll keep you posted on the results.
Optimistically, Mike

You let your daughter drive with that thing plugged in and I'm sure a rate change is exactly what you will get. I am not sure if its the one you are looking for though. God help you if she has a boyfriend that drives the car when you aren't looking!

I know right...she is driving my old car...w/o the snapshot thingy.
One thing about this thing is that they won't raise your rates, just drop them.

One thing I liked from progressive , was they came to look at a customer's car which had rear axle damage from an accident. The adjuster came out, inspected the damaged, went back to his car to do paper work, came in the office with a check he printed off, right there on the spot.

No going back to the office, submitting claims to another office, waiting to have a check cut and sent, yada, yada...simple. :D

Same service here Jamie, I hit a deer in January and the adjuster came out to me, inspected and printed off a check right from his car. I' really happy with Progressive.
