They go for 750k to 1 million a few higher . Not really condos but homes in a gated community . very nice . and no I don't live there

its ok I thought he might tell me since I thot I heard him say that he might sell her. I am really surprised how it is just like buying a house tho. My co worker bought a 34 foot sail boat and went thro it all. It was neat to listen to him talk about it
