10 Meter Express Mystery Leak

I just re-launched the boat again this week after reparing what I thought was the only leak I had. There was a leak at the outboard v-strut backing plate on the port side.

I just assumed this was the only spot it was leaking and only removed and re-bedded the two bolts for that plate. Now when I evacuate all of the water in the lazzarette there is a small trickle of water coming from under the fuel tank filling it back up. Has anyone ever had the fuel tank out ? Do the inboard v-strut backing plates sandwich the liner and the hull between them and the strut? Or is there a hole cut in the liner to access them like the outboard ones?
