Probably Stupid Question - Holes in Fiberglass

First time Post for me. I just boat an awesome 1975 F32 Sedan which has never been in salt water. All original with beautiful teak everywhere. My question is: It must have 30+ various holes in the fiberglass where different items were mounted then removed. In lieu of getting a fiberglass guy to come fix all of them, what other options does anyone suggest. Also, cannot tell you how much this forum has helped me figure a lot of things out.

I have used a s/s screw with a cap washer to hide a hole. To the untrained eye it just looks like part of the boat. :D

I like Jimbo's suggestion, or you can fill hole with expoxy and then cover with gelcoat.

1975 F32 also, with lots of teak.

I used MagicEzy 9 second chip fix for small holes (1/4" diameter). People don't even notice if they're not looking for the fix. You can buy it at Amazon at http://www.amazon.com/Second-Color-Fibe ... s=magicezy

It comes in eleven different colors. You can see the colors at the MagicEzy website www.magicezy.com/products/9-second-chip-fix . I used snow white for my 1971 F26 and while people don't notice the repair, the repair is a little more white than the surrounding area. The next time I need to fix something I'm going to try oyster white. Hopefully that will match the boat's gelcoat.

Looks pretty slick. My PO installed a bunch of electronics on the underside of the lower helm. Then did it again 10 years later. The screw and washer trick works when there is some sort of symmetry, but mine is pretty jazzed up. I was thinking of trying some marine board, or even a cut a thin piece of teak to dress the whole area. But for $25 quidd, ill give this a go.

I just noticed that Jamestown Distributors has it for a lower price. Check them out at http://www.jamestowndistributors.com/us ... d+Chip+Fix .

As a "Plan B", what about laying down a really nice piece of Teak or a box to cover the holes, and mount the new instrumentation in the panel or box?
