Sometime recently someone responded to a question regarding the Spec of a genny. The reply was that if it was prior to a Spec H it would not have a circuit board. My genny is a Spec H, last letter in the model # which indicates the Spec. It does not have any circuit board and has outside starter.

So what is accurate when did circuit board start as I am confused.

Again mine is absolutely a spec H.

After checking a parts 6.5 which has a circuit board, it appears that after Spec H has the board as the junk one is a Spec I.
