I recently viewed a 1974 34' Trojan cabin cruiser...it was a nice looking boat for the price, but I noticed a new coat of bottom paint that seemed to be a rush job. is anyone familiar with bottom problems that appear on this type and year ???

Thanks

It's probably either a 32' or 36'. You do not usually include the swim platform or bow pulpit (although the storage yards do!)

Bottom paints are often a rushed job if done by the owners. It's not a pleasant experience and they are chomping at the bit to get the boat in come spring. However, it should not be an indication of the overall condition of the hull.
