High Water Alarm

I recently had to replace two bilge pumps on my 10.8 International. I don't believe my high water alarm switches have worked since I have owned the boat so I thought this would be a good time to fix them. I have everything all wired up correctly but still can't get the high water alarm to sound. I do hear a clicking when I hold the high level float up but nothing else. I believe I read something about this possibly being the horn relay. Can anyone point me in the direction of the relay? Also, does this mean the relay may be bad???? Any help would be appreciated.

yes, the clicking sound is more than likely the horn relay.
I don't remember where mine is located - but having two people onboard would help you to locate yours.
I added a simple rocker style cut off switch - and LABELED IT AS SUCH in the ceiling of the salon, just below the horns to be used in the event a bilge float stuck in the ON position or in the event of an actual bilge emergency, where the horn became annoying while attending to matters.
there is a small access panel attached with 4 screws in the salon, just under the horns. Could be the location of the relay.
hope this helps...

It's the International website
might be a wiring diagram there

The horn relay on my 10 meter is in the area behind the helm. Also located there is the horn compressor.
