I pretty much wrapped up the repair on my radar arch, hopefully reinstalling next week. There were a couple of reasons for removing it, one was a major leak on the Std side. The radar dome wiring was run down inside the arch and then through a hole in the "ledge" that the arch sits on. It's only an 1" wide and I can't find a bulkhead pass thru that's narrow enough to fit and make it waterproof. It was just caulked before and once that failed, the water had a straight run down the cable into the Stb locker. I could potentially use a cable clam and at least it would be sideways and I can fill that with 4000.

Before I do that, how do you guys route your radar dome cable up to the arch? Mine is 3/8" wide. All of the other wires (lights, speakers) run through the windshield frame near the triangle part of the arch two reds the stern. I think that was down at the factory.

Harris, do you recall "where" on the Stb side your cable runs? I'm trying avoid just running it through the prior hole if possible. The cable is 3/8" wide, maybe I'll look at the windshield frame again and drill another hole next to other wiring hole from the factory.

I ran that wire TEN YEARS AGO !!!!!

That said, It seems that the biggest issue was the size of the plug on the end of that wire.

Don't remember which end was "fatter" but it seems that I ran it from the back forward as the forward plug was the smaller of the two.

Question, I would like to run some wires in my arch for some lights, is the arch hollow, can wires be fished through it.

yes, wiring can be run through the arch.
