f-32 cockpit sliding screendoor

1978 f-32 the sliding screen door coming in from the cockpit on my boat is bascially useless. i have noticed that the top rollers basically will not stay in the tracks and have probably been this was for a long itme. there appears to be an adjustment if you look at the edges of the door but there is no screw head or anything that is in the hole to make any difference. i figure if i could get the door off i might could find parts. has someone got a easy way to get the door out of the tracks without messing it up more. i have tried all the adjustment holes in the door with no luck and i cant seem to lift it up enough either to get it off the bottom track. suggestions please & thank you

I had one made locally for $140 Last winter while replacing the cockpit sole I jacked up the "flybidge" with a bottle jack and a 4X4 in the open doorway and popped out my sliding door, and screen. I replaced the sliding door rollers with starboard on the bottom and it sldes great.

I replaced the rollers on mine with new ones purchased at Home Depot.

My bottom rollers are kept under tension by a thin strip of tempered steel. There is an adjustment screw that allows you to back off the rollers enough to pop out the screen frame.

I was originally confused by the screw because it doesn't move the rollers directly. It applies tension to the spring, and you have to back it out almost all the way to have the bottom rollers drop enough to remove the door. After playing with it I realized that, once the tension was reduced, you can push down on the frame and pop it out from the track.
