how unique. we actually have a great fish and chips place near parkside marina. owned and operated by guy that spent time with Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips. great product, reasonably priced and great people working there. and they also sell great chicken planks too. but i go for the fish, chips and vinegar. reminds me of living in london.

phil and i stopped in on our way to the boat and grabbed the fish and chips special. nick is a great guy and always loves chatting us up. he said that we are some of his best customers as we try to buy from him twice a month. did you read the menu? not a bad price point if you ask me, and the food is grade a quality. and he always wraps the fish and chips in newspaper like wrapping and places it in a small cardboard carton.Hart wrote:Jesus. "Arthur Treacher's". I remember that place!
Fish n' chips in the little folded paper/cardboard cups, and of course, the malt vinegar!
Man, that was a while ago.

All's well up here: all boats are out of the water, leaves are off the trees. It's hunting season, then it will be ice fishing season, then it will be BOATING season.
