Not saying what its worth as I don't know the condition having never seen it .Just saying what the market is and was . and why he may own that much .

Oh yea, I understand what your sayin'.. It MIGHT still come about. Depending upon if I sell my Carver anytime soon or not and for what for I might offer a little more to persuade him to pay it off and sell it. We'll see.
I can pretty much guarantee if you saw it in person you would instantly understand why it's not worth the money he owes on it.

I'm still hopeful it will work out though. There are not many tri cabins on our lake and I don't really want to ship one in at $$$$ when this one is sitting here rotting.
