I discovered, via lack of sleep, that something in or beside my fresh water tank, bangs with the rolling of the boat no sleep time. I thought it was pieces of steel dock loose, but went out side and could not hear anything. Could only hear from state room from the water tank area. As it is difficult to get to on my tri cab am asking for ideas. There was a replacement threat on here for the tri's water tank but I cannot locate it, help.
I suspect a loose baffle plate within the tank?

Re: 84 tri cab fresh water tank
Beautiful, that was the article was looking for. I would bet same thing, water sloshes and baffle bangs. New tank is a job for next fall after boat bedded down. Assuming it is rotten also, although no leaks. Biggest problem is getting to it under the cabinetry, that is the biggest pain I can see.
Thanks,
Larry
