1974 F-30 Sport Fisherman
"The Clean Machine"

Make no mistake about it. This is a fishing machine, pure and simple; the most effective one we could fit into thirty feet. Three things about her tell you right away what she's built to do.

First, her true fishing bridge. It's large enough for four or five men, with a jump seat facing aft for whoever's riding shotgun. And a padded bench seat forward—one with leg room to spare. The bridge helm is aft so the skipper can see and hear what's going on down in the cockpit.

Second, we gave the F-30 a big cockpit. Over eighty square feet of non-skid, teak-planked deck.

Third, the cabin sides and fishing bridge are of one piece of fiberglass. This makes her easier to wash down. (Cleaning up is still part of fishing, andit comes at the time of day when the skipper and crew are ready for home or a cold one.)

Mechanical & Safety - Electric trumpet horn, 2 fire extinguishers, hand bilge pump, electric bilge blower, instrumentation console including tachometer, ammeter, temperature, oil pressure, and fuel gauges, oil pressure alarm, 12-volt battery, shipping cradle.

Exterior - Stainless steel stanchions, teak cockpit sole, navigation and anchor lights, aluminum windshield, cleats and chocks, smoked Plexiglas cabin windows, recessed cleats in the coaming, optional padding for the coaming.

Interior - Complete galley including over-the-counter lockers, icebox, sink, and two-burner alcohol stove; private full-height head with marine toilet, lavatory, and optional shower; cushions throughout, carpeting, dinette with table (convertible to double bed), settee.
